This tool is also very important for all webmaster because it gives provision to add our website domain to it i.e. to index website, gives information on the Structured data or HTML improvements, Search Queries, Crawl Errors, Sitemaps & robot file submission and many more. In brief, it plays a vital role for digital marketers – webmaster specialist.
But recently google limits some of its functionality that would be challenging for all like removing VIEW IMAGE option from Google Image.
Additional functionality has limited from Google webmaster. They limit the allocation for URL resubmit to lowest by disclosing its revised help document.
1) In the conversation on Google Forum Image below shows that previously it was 500 Individual URLs in this way within a 30-day period and its direct links were 10 within a 30-day period.
2) And on the Google Support Page, Image below shows that previously it was 10 Individual URLs in this way within a 30-day period and its direct links were 2 within a 30-day period.
Now, the Next Part would be more Interesting for you, have you noticed on the Screenshot mentioned below, or while submitting URL in webmaster while on the job that the limit notification no longer appears in the Search Console Interface? but it's there on help documentation (above Screenshot)
If not please look closely ...!!!!
TIP (Google Source)
A) You can request indexing using Fetch as Google only for a fetch that meets these criteria:
- The fetch must have a complete, partial, or redirected fetch status.
- The fetch cannot be more than 4 hours old.
B) Google crawls and indexes the URL content as served when Googlebot accepts the request, not from a snapshot of the Fetch as Google results.
Hope above information would help you for redesigning your marketing strategies, please add your valuable comment below, what is your thought on this decision from Google?
